Interfaces your new engine’s ECU to Mazda RX-8 CAN bus. Available ECU interface options: CAN (Toyota, Mercedes, Nissan), MPX (Toyota), Analogue (universal application, including aftermarket ECUs)

Factory RX-8 ECM and TCM computers are not required and should be removed

Supported features:

• RPM, warning lights, water temp, a/t shifter position including manual mode
• Either correct operation of RX-8 ABS and DSC systems, or clearing ABS warning light (per customer requirements)
• Either correct operation of RX-8 power steering, or clearing EPS warning light (per customer requirements)
• Correct operation of speed and trip meter: signal can be sourced either digitally (from ABS over CAN, if ABS is functional), or from analogue input (connect front ABS sensor or transmission speed sensor)
• RX-8 A/C fix (enables operation, transmits request to new ECU)
• Fan control (1 or 2 relay system)
• For Toyota ECUs with MPX/CAN: ECT PWR/SNOW, idle up for elec.load and a/c
